All content, including videos, written material, frameworks, course platforms, graphics, and downloads, is the property of Yarimi University or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without permission is strictly prohibited.

2. User-Submitted Content

Any testimonials, comments, or submissions you share with us grant Yarimi University a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content. You affirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

3. Earnings Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding income or specific results. Any success stories or income examples shared are not typical. Your results depend on your effort, decisions, and external factors beyond our control.

4. Testimonials

All testimonials reflect real experiences but do not guarantee outcomes. They are individual stories and not representations of expected results.

5. Online Commerce & Eligibility

By purchasing from Yarimi University, you affirm you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. We may cancel orders or revoke access for violations, misuse, or fraud.

All subscriptions or payments are for individual use only. Account sharing is prohibited.

6. Refund Policy

All Yarimi University programs are non-refundable. Due to the immediate access granted to digital content, resources, and mentorship, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

7. Program Guarantees

Yarimi University does not offer income or performance guarantees. Support and mentorship are provided as outlined in specific course descriptions but do not include guaranteed results.

8. Giveaways & Promotions

Promotions or giveaways may be offered periodically. Eligibility, rules, and prize delivery details will be defined for each. Winners agree to have their name and likeness used in promotional material unless they opt out in writing.

Participation in giveaways does not impact refund rights. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

9. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" refers to ongoing access to core training content only. Mentorship, community access, or software tools may be time-limited or subscription-based, as stated at the point of sale.

10. Community Guidelines

Respectful behavior is expected in all Yarimi University spaces. We reserve the right to remove any participant for harassment, spam, or misconduct without refund.

11. Software Access

If any program includes access to tools or software, usage may be time-bound (e.g., 12 months) and subject to fair use limits. Excessive usage or abuse may result in access restrictions.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

All content and services are provided "as is." We disclaim any and all liability for damages, direct or indirect. We do not provide financial or legal advice.

13. Registration & Security

You agree to provide accurate account information and safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

14. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
